A portable measuring radiometric complex PRINT-3 (RU.E.27.011.A 13919), which can be transported to location by land vehicles and operated manually is designed for providing:
- remote determination of the thickness of oil films on water surfaces;
- registration of the results of measurements with a tie-in to the data, obtained by a GPS receiver and data generation to an IBM-compatible PC.
- participation in liquidation of oil blow outs and ecological excesses by operative analysis of dynamics of nidal or residual ( local) results of oil blow outs.

Automated and manual polling of sensors controlling oil film thickness in spillages.
Logging of measurement in a real time regime
Tie-up of measurements to geographic coordinates using GPS system signals.
Monitoring of radiometric sensor self-controls, data processing systems and a self-contained power unit.
